Modular operation theatre is treated as a hospital capital equipment, it must be maintained regularly. Nine Sunplus Systems would like to address a maintenance guideline for you:
1. Wall panel system:
The material is glass or powder coating steel or stainless steel, it should be conducted inspections each quarter, cleaning with general cleaning and disinfection agents accordingly to hygiene schedule.
Take care never to use disinfectant with Chloride inside.
2. X-Ray viewer:
Checking the dimmer or switch regularly, cleaning with general cleaning and disinfection agents accordingly to hygiene schedule.
Contact Nine Sunplus Systems or local dealer for misfunction, never disassemble the X-ray viewer without authorization.
3. Control Panel:
Membrane or touch screen panel, conducting inspection each month, cleaning with general cleaning and disinfection agents accordingly to hygiene schedule.

4. Peripheral lights:
Conducting inspection every week, cleaning with general cleaning and disinfection agents accordingly to hygiene schedule.
Please cut off the power of peripheral light to if check the emergency power supply works. This is for illumination in case of emergency. Contact Nine Sunplus Systems or local dealer for misfunction, never disassemble the peripheral without authorization.
5.Cabinets:
Conducting inspection every week, cleaning with general cleaning and disinfection agents accordingly to hygiene schedule.
Check hinges and drawers to see if they go smoothly, no dust spot.
6. Laminar airflow:
Conducting inspection every month, cleaning with general cleaning and disinfection agents accordingly to hygiene schedule.
Removing the DDP screen, visual check the HEPA filter, or check the pressure difference between air duct and underneath of laminar airflow or run for 3 years, to change HEAP filter, contact Nine Sunplus Systems or local dealer for more details, only authorization people can change filters.
7. Scrub sink:
Daily cleaning according to hygiene schedule, for mineral surface or stainless steel, general cleaning and disinfection agents are acceptable.
Conducting inspection every month, check the batteries or electric connection for sensor tap, check if drain is clogged, check if the soap dispenser runs well.
8. Return air grills:
Conducting inspection every week, cleaning with general cleaning and disinfection agents accordingly to hygiene schedule.
9. Theater doors:
Daily cleaning according to hygiene schedule, Contact Nine Sunplus Systems or local dealer for misfunction, never debug the program without authorization.
Checking the function every month, see the foot switch, hand wave switch in order, open the canopy to see the belt, motor if it works properly.
Checking the sound while the door opens or closes, clean dust on floor rail.
