Installation Modules

Nine Sunplus Systems modular operation theatre integrates all build-in elements inside of OT, flush installation to make good air flow, no dust stores.

Control Panel

The multi-tile control panel gives you the access to all OT controls at your fingertips. Developed and built with superior technology for reliability and aesthetics makes it goes well with modular OT environment. Standard controls include a real time clock, an elapsed time clock to keep account of time since the start of an operation, integrated telephone with handsfree control feature, lighting control for peripheral lights and OT lamps, display of relative humidity and present temperature and low pressure alarm for medical gasses into the OT.

Some more features such as HEPA filter status, control and display of pressure are optional features.

X-ray viewer

Ergonomically designed X-ray viewer base is for ease and accuracy of viewing the X-rays films, special drivers offers flicker free illumination.

LED X-ray viewer with dimmable function, the shutter is focused on the special area for optimum viewing.

2 arrays and 4 arrays are available.

Built-in cabinet

Easy storage possibility with built-in storage cabinet inside of modular OT, it is very convenient for doctors and nurses to prepare surgeon tools without come-and-get tools during the operation, to have nurses pay more attentions on patients.

Writing table

An aid for doctor and nurse to writing that may be in the OT, a light will be on when you open the writing table.

Pass box(hatch box)

The pass box is designed to be easy and quick to deliver mediations, tools, dirty things while needed. The body of the unit is a double-walled metal structure which is stiff in torsion. The outer wall is made brushed stainless steel. The doors are positioned apposite one another and are supplied right/right, left-right or left-left hung as desired. The door-leaf is a double-walled construction and is always supplied glazed with glass. The entire structure is given the smoothest possible finish both inside and outside and is easy to clean. The doors are mechanical interlocked with one another. Open/closed status is shown by an indicator light.

Pressure Relief Damper

It is placed so as to maintain the pressure in the OT. Since the AHU is pumping in a lot of air every minute and the environment is hermetically sealed, the pressure relief damper is used to equalize the positive pressure in the OT by opening just a micro second. Placed at strategic location, so that is not affected by the opening of the door.

Medical warmer

Nine Sunplus Systems medical warmer is designed to maintain clinically ideal temperatures for solution bottles, solution bags and blankets, it meets optimum clinical storage requirements.
