Stainless Scrub Sink

All Nine Sunplus Scrub sinks are convenient and easy to use, specially built for modular operation theatre.

It is designed to provide pre-selected tempered water while completely eliminating contact between doctors’ hands and non-sterile sink and faucet, all scrub sinks are manufactured with AISI 304SS stainless steel with #440 polished finish for maximum durability, superior appearance and extended product life; all surfaces are die-formed, fully welded and polished to a smooth crevice-free finish to prevent microbial growth and facilitate through cleaning.

Interior sloped design has been engineered to minimize splashing of hot water and facilitate drainage, deep sink interior is easily accessible and together with a raised faucet position facilitates through rinsing procedure; sink interior is a fully welded and polished radius coved design using AISI 304 stainless steel for long lasting durability, superior product appearance and minimal maintenance; coved interior design prevents the possibility of bacterial growth and facilitate cleaning and drainage.

Sink side supports and rear mounting frame are manufactured using high quality steel material and are fully welded to the sink frame for maximum structural support;

Front panels are removable and provide easy access to plumbing components for adjustment and/or maintenance;

All pipe fittings and assembly ready for final mechanical connection.

Mineral Scrub Sink

Aesthetic and functionality are combined in the high quality steel design for modular operation theatre area scrub facilities, which are installed together with a mineral fabric washstand. The form is designed for the specific needs of hospital areas, such us modular operating theatres and laboratory area; it has a raised front edge to protect from splashing. The macroscopically smooth and free from pores surface is easy to clean.

Design:

High quality AISI 304 stainless steel, matt ground.

Washstand:

Made from mineral composite, resistant to all normal cleaning agents and disinfectant used in hospitals.

Tap:

Sensor tap, Chrome surfaces, infrared electronic with stat detection in a close-up area, stop detection functions by body detection, battery electric supply.

Soap and disinfection agent dispenser:

Aluminum cases and bottle suitable, longer and high grade steel lever, operated by elbow.
