Planning
Based upon the civil engineering drawings from the main contractor, we are able to layout and route the entire Operation theatre complex including preparation room, modular operation theatre, recovery room, and clean corridor for better infection control.
Our skilled engineers would share our more than a decade experience to optimize operation theatre department with high Return on Investment (ROI) and meets the high hygiene standard.
Design
Architect always brings good ideas to the reality which makes operation theatre area more complicated; Nine Sunplus Systems team is ready for customized designs, for instance, when there is a beam crossing the OT room, hospital would maximize the OT space, we may make a dent-style laminar airflow to fit the beam position and keep a bigger space for modular operation theatre.
Production
Advanced and Automated production facilities.In our processing base, we produce components from small to large batch sizes at the highest quality and within shortest time. The core of the manufactory is an advanced and automated steel sheet storage system, which connects to a laser machine, a punching machine, a bending cell and some bending presses. Our productivity of the production system has been optimized by additional application of co-operative robots.
