Nine Sunplus Systems provides healthcare personnel with ideal logistics management of healthcare products in the Centre (storage, transport and distribution). It includes baskets/trays/shelves or any healthcare product storage support of standard size 600*400 mm according to ISO3394; they include a solidly-attached division to split the space inside the basket/tray and label holder supports or devices to identify the stored product.
Medical modular units-medical modular tray and Medical modular basket
Nine Sunplus Systems provides the standard size storage support with exterior measurements of 600*400 mm or 300*400 mm (basket only), with a height of 15, 50 and 100 mm for the trays and 100 and 200mm for the baskets. Both are made of heat-injected opaque or transparent blue ABS for easier product viewing and in transparent blue PC (heat resistance up to 125 degree C) to order.
The lengthways 600/400 mm or crossways 400/300 mm divider/spacer, depending on whether it is a 600*400 mm or 400*300mm module respectively, with heights of 50, 100 or 200 mm as applicable, allow for the inside of the tray/basket to be sub divided in order to separate different products or batches. As with the basket and tray, the divider is made of heat-injected opaque or transparent blue ABS and in transparent blue PC. The ends of the divider are fitted with a support or fixture mechanism built into the divider itself, clipped to the basket and strap-type on the tray, to ensure the solid attachment of the divider to the basket/tray and to avoid its accidental remove when handling the product located on the inside. The divider can be split up to generate partial compartments with the use of the T-connector.
The label holder is available in different sizes (40*60 mm and 55*85 mm) for convenient identification of the product stored in the basket/ tray. The white PP label holder has 2+2 horizontal/vertical clips on its rear to respectively guarantee the solid attachment of the label holder to the perimeter tab on the basket/tray or on the divider to avoid its accidental removal when handling products located in the basket/tray.
The retainer STOP made of white PP is easy to fit/remove without the need for tools, although it is fitted with a mechanism for solid attachment to the basket/tray to ensure it stops in the pulled out position to prevent it from falling accidentally.
The T-CONNECTOR made of blue PE provides the perpendicular joint of a split divider with the flat part of another divider.
Medical modular cabinets
The Nine Sunplus Systems medical modular cabinet is a complete solution of products that, as a whole, provide healthcare personnel with ideal logistics management of healthcare products in the Centre (storage, transport and distribution). Our modular cabinet with the 600*400 mm modular tray or basket makes for tidiness the product in the modular operation theatre department and warehouse.
